  • Double billing or payment errors

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor revisions that can be addressed through our revision process
  • Projects that have been approved by the client
  • Services used or partially delivered

Revision Process

We include two rounds of free revisions with every project. Please request changes before final approval.

Additional revisions are available at $75/hour. We aim to resolve all quality concerns through revisions rather than refunds.

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of service delivery.

Include your order number, reason for refund, and any supporting documentation.

We will respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days.
