If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

We provide professional video editing services as described on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due upon project completion. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee.

All content created by us is our exclusive property until final payment is received.

You grant us a license to use your footage for editing and delivery purposes only.

We include two rounds of revisions in our standard packages. Additional revisions are available at an hourly rate.

Final deliverables will be provided via secure cloud link within 3-5 business days.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason.

You may terminate your account by contacting us. No refunds for partial services.
